Dylan Steman selected by Finance & Commerce for 2023 class of Minnesota Rising Young Professionals
MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 13, 2023) — Dylan Steman, senior associate in Northmarq’s Minneapolis office, was recently recognized in Finance & Commerce’s fifth annual class of Rising Young Professionals in Minnesota.
A panel of independent judges selected 27 top professionals who have demonstrated leadership and determination in their industries. Steman will be featured in a special publication and honored at a celebration and networking event on Dec. 14 at the Lumber Exchange Event Center in Minneapolis.
"I appreciate this recognition as it validates the effort I put into my work,” Steman said. “Being a rising young professional in this field is an honor, and it is a great community to be a part of. I hold a great deal of respect for my fellow colleagues being recognized.”
Steman joined Northmarq in 2023 after three years as a top producer at a local brokerage, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He works closely with a wide range of clients in sourcing and transacting multifamily investment sales throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota, guiding his clients throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
Before his real estate career, Steman played professional hockey in the U.S. and Europe. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan Technological University.
