Chris Michl

Chris Michl serves as vice president of Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Phoenix office. He joined the firm in 2018 as part of the National Manufactured Housing team and transitioned to multifamily investment sales in 2023.

Chris focuses in the Southwest region with particular emphasis in Arizona, including the Phoenix and Tucson markets where he specializes in advising clients on multifamily investment opportunities. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in business development and relationship management, along with more than a decade of real estate expertise. His background spans acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, enabling him to deliver comprehensive, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s objectives.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Iowa and is originally from the Chicago area.
