Daniel Stickane

Daniel Stickane joined Northmarq in February of 2022 as a senior vice president in the Dallas office. Daniel is responsible for arranging debt/equity solutions, leveraging Northmarq’s agency expertise, life company relationships (including over 30 correspondents) and equity acumen. Clients benefit from his prior specialization in multifamily financing.

Before Northmarq, Daniel worked for more than 10 years as a vice president at PNC Multifamily and was involved in more than $4 billion in transactions, primarily focusing on multifamily loans with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

A native of Fort Worth, Daniel attended Texas A&M University majoring in finance. In his free time, Daniel enjoys anything outdoors, especially hunting and playing golf. Daniel and his wife Nicole reside in a southern Dallas suburb, along with their three children.
