KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI (February 20, 2020) – Greg Duvall, senior vice president/managing director and Brian Michaelsen, vice president/senior investment analyst in NorthMarq’s Kansas City office arranged the refinancing of Woodland Townhomes. The 132-unit multifamily property is located at 20822 West 54th Street in Shawnee, Kansas. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
