Northmarq arranges sale of record-setting 627-unit multifamily community in Lawrence, Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Northmarq’s Kansas City-based Investment Sales team, consisting of Casey Wilhm, Jeff Lamott, and David Belpedio, secured the sale of Meadowbrook Apartments, a 627-unit multifamily community and adjacent 4.3-acre development tract, located at 2601 Dover Square in Lawrence, Kansas.
Northmarq represented the sellers, Meadowbrook Investors LC and M-10 Holdings LC, in the transaction. The buyers were The Meadow KS LLC and The Lawn KS LLC.
