NorthMarq Capital's Cincinnati office negotiates $1.488 million acquisition of Winburn Park Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky
CINCINNATI (August 29, 2016) – Noah D. Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $1,488,000 for Winburn Park Apartments, a 73 unit multifamily property located at 1218 Winburn Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. The property was purchased by an out-of-market buyer who will complete a substantial renovation of the property. The transaction was structured with a 5-year term with 1-year interest only and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
