NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranges $5.7 million refinance of Wilder Storage in Wilder, Kentucky

CINCINNATI, OHIO (March 20, 2019) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati-based regional office, secured the $5.7 million refinance of Wilder Storage, a 610-unit self-storage property located at 91-105 Banklick Road in Wilder, Kentucky. The permanent, fixed-rate loan was structured with a 10-year term with 2-years of interest-only, followed by a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. 

“This loan was a uniquely structured life insurance company loan which allowed the borrower to do future construction at the property,” said Branscome. “The interest rate was competitive and the loan was closed based upon the terms in the application.”
