OVERLAND PARK (September 29, 2015) – Brent Blake, senior vice president NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City regional office negotiated the $24.4 million refinance of Whispering Hills Apartments, a 376 unit multifamily property located at 8800 W 124th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. The transaction was structured with a 35-year fully amortizing term. Whispering Hills is located in close proximity to the Sprint Campus, The College Boulevard business corridor and shops of Oak Park Mall and Town Center Plaza. In addition, the property offers convenient access to nearby park and recreation areas.
