Northmarq’s Austin office completes $1,237,000 in acquisition financing for Weber Apartments in Corpus Christi, Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS (March 18, 2021) – Northmarq’s Austin office arranged acquisition financing of $1,237,000 for Weber Apartments. The 34-unit multifamily property is located at 3920 Brushwood Lane in Corpus Christi, Texas. The transaction was structured on a 30-year amortization schedule. Johnson negotiated the permanent fixed rate loan for the borrower through his relationship with a Freddie Mac SBL.
