KANSAS CITY (August 1, 2014) – Brent Blake, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City based regional office secured acquisition/rehab financing of $4.5 million for University Villa Apartments, a 108-unit multifamily property located at 3044 Francis Street, Kansas City, Missouri. The transaction was structured with a callable 25-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life company.
