RICHMOND, Va. (April 8, 2023) — Keith Wells, managing director of Northmarq’s Richmond Debt + Equity office successfully arranged $42.5 million in construction financing for Timmons Headquarters. The 900-unit office building is located at 7100 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Virginia. The construction loan was structured with a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the financing through a local bank.
