Elizabeth City, Nc. Keith Wells, managing director, Hannah Taylor, vice president and Win Martin, vice president, of Northmarq’s Richmond Debt + Equity team, arranged a $31.65 million construction loan for Stockbridge 17, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The development will feature 167 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Its resort-style amenity package will include a pool, clubhouse with billiards, fitness center, business center, dog park, and both attached and detached garages. The property sits off route 17 and 344, allowing quick access to neighboring retail that includes Texas Roadhouse, a Hibachi Grill, and Walmart.
