EL CAJON, Calif. (April 1, 2025) — Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales team of Tyler Sinks, Ed Rosen and John Chu successfully brokered the sale of Terraza Hills Apartments, a 200-unit multifamily property located at 425 E. Bradley Ave. in El Cajon, California.

Northmarq represented the seller, Terraza TI CI LLC. The buyer was Sunstone Two Tree Acquisitions LLC.
