NorthMarq’s Austin office completes $1.599 million refinance of Symphony Apartments in Corpus Christi, Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS (March 18, 2021) – Chase Johnson, vice president of NorthMarq’s Austin office arranged the $1,599,000 refinance of Symphony Apartments. The 24-unit multifamily property is located at 5808 South Alameda Street in Corpus Christi, Texas. The transaction was structured with a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its relationship with the Freddie Mac SBL. 

“This cash-out refinance allowed the owner to tap into their equity and purchase other multifamily assets,” said Johnson.
