Hannah Taylor

Hannah Taylor is a vice president on Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team based in Richmond, Virginia. She brings valuable principal-side experience which provides a unique perspective to each transaction. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Hannah was the managing director of acquisitions & capital markets for Featherstone Partners — a multifamily-focused owner headquartered in Virginia Beach. Her ownership experience spans many Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern markets, and she successfully oversaw the acquisition, capitalization, and refinancing of over $318 million in transactions. Prior roles include senior financial analyst for Global ADP, investor relations and capital markets manager for Cohen Investment Group, and investor relations coordinator for Wheeler REIT.

Hannah serves on the board of the Maverick Learning Center in Virginia Beach, a non-profit school for children with Autism and developmental delays. She is also an active participant in Hampton Roads Real Professionals, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). 

Hannah attended the University of Georgia and Old Dominion University, receiving degrees in both finance and real estate.
