Northmarq secures $10.85 million bridge financing for Station Road in Richmond, Virginia

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (February 28, 2022) – Reina Mazicioglu, Keith Wells, and Hunter Wood of Northmarq’s Richmond debt/equity team, arranged the $10.85 million bridge financing for the Station Road. The 213,763 sq. ft. industrial property is located at 2208-2220 Station Road, Richmond, Virginia. The bridge loan was structured on a 5-year interest only term followed by a 25-year amortization schedule. 

Built in 1975 and last renovated in 2002, the distribution property is located on a 6.02-acre lot featuring 22’ clearance, 20 docking doors, and 30 standard parking spaces.
