AUSTIN, TEXAS (January 5, 2021) – The 122-unit SOCO Apartments, located at 6300 South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas was recently sold by NorthMarq’s Austin Investment Sales team. Scott Lamontagne, managing director, and Diane Sogal, vice president, brokered the sale and represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. 

The buyer was Avela Real Estate Partners. Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management was the seller.
