ATLANTA, GEORGIA (February 17, 2022) – Jason Nettles, managing director, and Megan Thompson, senior vice president, of Northmarq’s Atlanta-based investment sales team brokered the $131 million sale of Skyhouse Midtown. The property was acquired by RADCO. The 320-unit multifamily property (built in 2013) is located at 1080 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, Georgia.
The property is located in Central Midtown Atlanta, just 3 miles north of downtown. Easily accessible are the Midtown Marta Station (1.2 miles) and the North Avenue Marta Station (0.6 miles). Georgia Institute of Technology is less than a mile away, as well as the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
