Megan Thompson

Megan Thompson joined Northmarq in 2019 as part of the company’s investment sales expansion into Atlanta. With nearly 20 years of multifamily investment sales experience as a member of the Atlanta-based Multifamily Investment Sales team, Megan is actively involved in all aspects of the sale process. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than $9 billion in commercial real estate transactions ranging from value-add to core assets.

Before Northmarq, Megan was with HFF-Atlanta for 15 years as senior director of Multi-housing Investment Sales where she assisted clients with the capitalization and dispositions of their assets. 

Megan graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science. She’s a licensed real estate salesperson in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina, and a licensed associate real estate broker in Tennessee. She is also a member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta and Urban Land Institute (ULI). In the Atlanta area, Megan actively volunteers with JDRF.
