RiverVista Apartments, built in 2018, comprises of multifamily 204 Units, and was sold for $31.5 million. The property placed at 150 N McLean Blvd, Wichita, Kansas. It is based in downtown Wichita, with river views, and amenities that include a fitness center, dog park, underground parking, and more.
