NorthMarq Capital arranges $7.028 million refinance for Regency Woods Apartments in Des Moines, Iowa

KANSAS CITY (January 2, 2014) – Brent Blake, vice president of NorthMarq’s Kansas City regional office arranged refinancing of $7.028 million for Regency Woods Apartments, a 200-unit multifamily property located at 1137 11th Street, West Des Moines, Iowa. Financing for the transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization rate. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
