NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranges $1.824 million refinance of Pumpkin Patch Apartments in Newark, Ohio

CINCINNATI, OHIO (May 28, 2019) – Noah Juran, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati-based regional office secured the $1,824,000 refinance of Pumpkin Patch Apartments, a 52-unit multifamily property located at 879 Empire Drive in Newark, Ohio. The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
