Northmarq arranges sale, financing for Provenza at Indian Trail apartment community

INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. — Northmarq’s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Andrea Howard, John Currin, Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark, Jeff Glenn, and Austin Jackson in collaboration with its Mid Atlantic Debt + Equity team led by Faron Thompson, Grant Harris and Cabell Thomas, successfully arranged the sale and acquisition financing of Provenza at Indian Trail, a 204-unit garden apartment located at 1021 Glenn Valley Ln in Indian Trail, North Carolina.

Northmarq represented the seller, Momentum Real Estate Partners. The buyer was Beach Real Estate Funds, a division of The Beach Company.

Northmarq arranged the permanent-fixed financing on behalf of the borrower, The Beach Co, through the firm’s in-house Fannie Mae DUS platform. The transaction was structured on a seven-year term.

Built in 2017, Provenza at Indian Trail features 10 three-story buildings on 16.89 acres. Floorplans feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units with 42-inch cabinets, accent mirrors, washer and dryers in each home, granite countertops, a private balcony or patio, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.

Community amenities feature gas grills, an off-leash dog park, swimming pool and lounge deck, 24-hour fitness center with towel service, apartment homes surrounded by walking trails and a pond, computer lounge, clubroom with gourmet coffee station, and nearby walking trails.

Neighborhood perks include nearby shopping centers like Windsor Square and SouthPark, grocery stores like Whole Foods Market and Costco Wholesale, dining, cultural and artistic activities, museums, and major highway access including Interstate 485, Independence Freeway and Monroe Expressway. It is 16 miles southeast of Uptown Charlotte.
