Cabell Thomas

Cabell Thomas is responsible for executing, structuring and originating multifamily loans predominantly through Northmarq’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA-HUD programs in addition to other capital sources such as insurance companies, banks, debt funds and CMBS lenders. Cabell assists both private and institutional operators nationwide who specialize in multifamily including but not limited to conventional, manufactured and affordable housing.

Cabell previously worked for Newmark where he was involved in the placement of debt and equity transactions for a variety of property types including multifamily, self-storage, industrial, office, retail and hospitality. Over the course of his tenure at Newmark, Cabell participated in the execution, underwriting and closing of more than $3 billion in multifamily loan volume for acquisitions, refinances and developments.

Cabell is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute.
