NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges $8.1 million acquisition of Polk Avenue Industrial in Nashville, Tennessee

CINCINNATI (May 30, 2017) Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $8,100,000 for Polk Avenue Industrial, a 284,000 sq. ft. flex property located in Nashville, Tennessee. The industrial complex is two stories tall and is located near the Lane Motor Museum. “This was an acquisition of an industrial building. We found an excellent life company lender that not only offered competitive loan terms, but was able to close the loan within the timeframe required in the purchase contract,” explained Branscome.
