RICHMOND (February 9, 2016) – Mike Lowry, senior vice president and Keith Wells, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond based regional office represented a regional investment group in the $8.125 million permanent financing for Pheasant Run, a student housing property located near the campus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The property was completed in 1999-2003 and contains a total of 413 bedrooms (103 total units).
