Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team arranges $1.838M refinancing for OV Escape apartments in Norfolk, VA

Northmarq’s New York Debt + Equity team led by Collin Lester successfully arranged the $1.838 million refinancing of OV Escape, an 18-unit multifamily community located at 963 W. Ocean View in Norfolk, Virginia.  

Northmarq arranged permanent-fixed financing on behalf of the borrower, Salem Street Apts LLC, through the firm’s in-house Fannie Mae DUS platform. The transaction was structured on a seven-year term.
