Collin Lester

Collin Lester is a vice president based in Northmarq’s New York City office. He specializes in structuring debt and equity solutions for multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. Collin focuses on higher leverage recapitalizations and complex transactions, utilizing Northmarq’s direct lending programs and Fund Management group to provide tailored, proprietary executions. 

Collin has over 12 years of multifamily asset management, lending, and mortgage banking experience. Having closed over $1.8 billion in Agency transactions in markets all around the country, Collin has a deep understanding of the nuances of Agency lending. Prior to joining Northmarq, Collin worked at Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo. 

Collin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Tech and his master’s degree in real estate finance and development from Georgetown University where he graduated cum laude.
