Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales team arranges $8.75M sale of Nu Wesley garden apartments in Charlotte, NC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Northmarq’s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Ron Corrao, Matthew Weinstein, Eric Liebich, Dane Lozier and Scott Fuller successfully completed the $8.75 million sale of Nu Wesley, a 59-unit garden apartment community located at 1052 McQuay St. in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Northmarq represented the seller, Nu Partners. The buyer was DreamKey Partners.
