Northmarq arranges sale of 172-unit multifamily community in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Northmarq’s Kansas City Investment Sales team led by Jeff Lamott brokered the sale of Emerald Hills Apartments (formerly known as Park Meadows Apartments), a 172-unit multifamily community located at 7929 Sycamore Ave. in Kansas City, Missouri.
Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction.
Emerald Hills Apartments offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry and community amenities such as a fitness center, business center and picnic area. Residents also benefit from convenient access to local dining, parks and the Kansas City Zoo
