NorthMarq Capital secures $5.67 million refinance of North Park Townhomes in Cincinnati, Ohio

CINCINNATI (August 22, 2017) Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged the $5.67 million refinance of North Park Townhomes, a 122-unit multifamily property located at 300 Cardinal Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 15-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. Borrower testimony: "We recently completed the financing of an apartment community with Noah Juran of NorthMarq Capital. Because the loan amount was attractive to lenders from a loan-to-value perspective, Noah was able to provide a life insurance loan at an attractive interest rate. The loan was non-recourse, with a long-term fixed rate, and a 30 year amortization. We enjoyed working with Noah on this transaction. He worked diligently to work through all the details of the loan.”
