NorthMarq Capital arranged $7.9 million mortgage for Nieman Square Apartments in Shawnee, Kansas

OVERLAND PARK (June 11, 2013) – Brent Blake, vice president of NorthMarq’s Kansas City regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $7.9 million for Nieman Square Apartments, a 152-unit, market-rate multifamily property located at 11115 W. 64th Terrace in Shawnee, Kansas. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Nieman Square Apartments, LLC, through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac. “This loan was a refinance with the same lender of this successful property,” Blake said. “Very smooth transaction with both lender and borrower having done multiple loans with each other.”
