Northmarq’s Phoenix office completes sale of manufactured housing community in Harford, New York

PHOENIX, ARIZONA (June 30, 2022) – NorthMarq’s national manufactured housing team of Jared Bosch, senior associate, Don Vedeen, vice president, and Chris Michl, senior associate secured the sale of Country Meadows Mobile Home Community. The 38-site manufactured housing community is located at 786 NY-221 in Harford, New York. 

This transaction follows recent trends in the manufactured housing market, as recently reported by Northmarq. Occupancy in the manufactured housing space rose 20 basis points in the first quarter of 2022, reaching 94.2 percent, marking the seventh consecutive quarter where the rate grew. 

Country Meadow residents benefit from numerous recreational opportunities. Several state forests surround the property including: Hammond Hill State Forest, Griggs Gulf State Forest, and Robinson Hollow State Forest. The manufactured housing community is within the Dryden public school district. The district offers education for students K-12. The mobile home park is also a commutable distance to Ithaca New York.
