The 38-site manufactured housing community is located at 786 NY-221 in Harford, New York.
This transaction follows recent trends in the manufactured housing market, as recently reported by Northmarq. Occupancy in the manufactured housing space rose 20 basis points in the first quarter of 2022, reaching 94.2 percent, marking the seventh consecutive quarter where the rate grew.
Country Meadow residents benefit from numerous recreational opportunities. Several state forests surround the property including: Hammond Hill State Forest, Griggs Gulf State Forest, and Robinson Hollow State Forest.
