CINCINNATI (June 16, 2015) – Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranged the $1.475 million non-recourse loan on Midway Retail Center, a 12,938 sq.ft. property located at 7951-7961 Mall Road in Florence, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
