KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Northmarq’s Kansas City Investment Sales team, led by Jeff Lamott, brokered the sale of London Towers Apartments, a 158-unit multifamily community located at 2505 NE. Shady Ln. in Kansas City, Missouri.
Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction.
London Towers Apartments offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring large closets, central air conditioning and a private patio or balcony.
Community amenities include a gazebo, clubhouse, two swimming pools, a picnic area, and BBQ grilling stations.
