KANSAS CITY (October 27, 2014) – Brent Blake, senior vice president and Kyle Tucker, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City based regional office negotiated the $11 million refinance of Lexington Commons Apartments, a 206-unit multifamily property located at 841 Colony Drive in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its Seller-Servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
