Northmarq’s Cincinnati office completes $4.5 million in financing for acquisition of Kemper Meadow Office in Cincinnati, Ohio

CINCINNATI, OHIO (February 24, 2022) – Jeff Dietz, senior vice president of Northmarq’s Cincinnati office, secured $4.5 million in acquisition financing for Kemper Meadow Office. The 42,836 sq. ft. property is located at 1280 Kemper Meadows Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a 5-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule after 12 months of interest only. Northmarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank. 

“In a challenging office lending market, we were able to source a loan to accommodate the construction draw requirements of the client to renovate and reposition the building prior to the tenant taking occupancy,” said Dietz. “The loan facility also provided an attractive fixed rate with flexible prepayment options.”
