CINCINNATI, OHIO (April 13, 2022) – Christina Grimme, vice president in Northmarq's Cincinnati office, closes the $3,900,000 refinance of KedPlasma - Lincoln, Nebraska, an 11,100 sq. ft. medical property located at 733 N 45th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska. The loan was structured on a 5-year term amortizing over 20 years and was arranged through Northmarq's relationship with a life company. KedPlasma represents the property's major tenant.
"This proved to be a challenging assignment due to the specialized nature of the single-tenant building; however, we ultimately succeeded in meeting the Borrower's request for a 5-year term loan with limited recourse and flexible prepayment at a competitive rate," said Grimme.
