CINCINNATI (July 28, 2015) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati based regional office negotiated financing for a construction loan of $4.8 million for Horter Investment National Headquarters, a 26,069 sq.ft. property located at 11726 Seven Gables Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank. The single tenant property’s exclusive tenant is Horter Investment Management, LLC. “We were able to help Horter Investment Management secure excellent bank construction financing enabling the company to build its new headquarters and grow the business,” said Branscome.
