Noah Juran finalizes $1.9 million refinance of Green Valley Apartments in Cincinnati, Ohio

CINCINNATI, OHIO (August 4, 2020) – Noah Juran, senior vice president/managing director in NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranged the $1.9 million refinance of Green Valley Apartments. The 48-unit multifamily property is located at 6708-6714 Harrison Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its in-house Fannie Mae team.
