NorthMarq Capital arranges refinancing of $3,575,000 for Green Acre Apartments in Franklin, Indiana

CINCINNATI (June 22, 2018) – Noah Juran, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged refinancing of $3,575,000 for a 75-unit multifamily property located at 1700 Preidt Circle, Franklin, Indiana. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
