CINCINNATI (May 24, 2017) Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, negotiated refinancing of $1,420,000 for Gold Key Apartments, a 44-unit multifamily property located in Cincinnati, Ohio. “Our client purchased the subject property in 2015,” said Juran. “The property is well located in the Madisonville neighborhood of Cincinnati which continues to see considerable re-investment as well as a high multifamily occupancy rate. Our client added substantial value through interior and exterior renovations, increased rents and management efficiencies all of which were well received by Freddie Mac who provided very competitive loan terms to meet the borrower's goals.”
