LAWRENCE, Kan. — Northmarq’s Kansas City Investment Sales team led by Jeff Lamott brokered the sale of Fieldhouse View Apartments, a 62-unit multifamily community located at 1735 W. 19th St. in Lawrence, Kansas.
Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction.
