CINCINNATI, OHIO (June 25, 2020) – Noah Juran, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office, arranged the $1.7 million refinance of Everett Park Apartments. The 73-unit multifamily property is located at 90 North Buena Vista Street in Newark, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 3-years of interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through Freddie Mac’s SBL program.
