Northmarq secures sale of 288-unit multifamily community in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Northmarq’s Kansas City Investment Sales team, led by Jeff Lamott, successfully brokered the sale of The Element, a 276-unit multifamily community located at 8101 N.W. Barrybrooke Dr. in Kansas City, Missouri.
Northmarq represented the seller in the transaction.
The Element offers residents a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring wood-style plank flooring, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and in-unit laundry. Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck with cabanas, a fully equipped fitness center and a business center.
The multifamily asset is also conveniently located near highly rated schools such as Hopewell Elementary School, Plaza Middle School and Park Hill High School.
