CINCINNATI (June 16, 2015) – Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranged the $10.3 million refinance of Donaldson Road Center II, a 258,947 sq.ft. industrial property located at 1325 and 1335 Donaldson Road in Erlanger, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. Alstom Power represents the property’s major tenant.
