NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office completes $4.2 million refinance of Donaldson Road Center I in Erlanger, Kentucky

CINCINNATI, OHIO (October 6, 2020) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office arranged the $4.2 million refinance of Donaldson Road Center I. The 121,000 sq. ft. industrial property is located at 1360 & 1390 Donaldson Road in Erlanger, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. 

"The borrower client was very happy with these life company loan terms. We locked one of the most competitive interest rates we have seen in the last two years. Our lenders love to lend on industrial properties," said Branscome.
