CINCINNATI (May 18, 2017) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, negotiated the $7.75 million refinance of Crescent Centre, a 131,400 sq. ft. industrial property located at 12071-12082 Champion Way, 12092-12108 Champion Way and 2511 East Crescentville Road in Sharonville, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life insurance company.
