RICHMOND (May 16, 2016) – Keith Wells, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Richmond based regional office, arranged permanent financing of $2.6 million for Crescent Business Center III, a 43,800 sq. ft. building (part of a four, class “A/B” industrial property consisting of a combined 210,458 sq. ft.) located at 10406 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland, Virginia. NorthMarq arranged financing for the Crescent Business Center Buildings I, II and IV in 2014.
