Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales team leads $6.3M sale of Courtyard at Highland Park in Rock Hill, SC
ROCK HILL, S.C. — Northmarq’s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Ron Corrao successfully completed the $6.3 million sale of Courtyard at Highland Park, a 116-unit historic senior living community located at 923 Standard Street in Rock City, South Carolina.
Northmarq represented the seller, Landmark Property Management, and also procured the buyer, Eastside Equities LLC. In addition to Corrao, Northmarq brokers Eric Liebich, Dane Lozier, Matt Weinstein, Scott Fuller and Dominic Bologna spearheaded the transaction.
“Courtyard at Highland Park represents a thoughtful preservation of both history and affordability — transforming a 19th-century mill into modern senior housing while extending the legacy of accessible, quality living in Rock Hill,” said Corrao.
Originally built in 1902 and later renovated with tax credits, Courtyard at Highland Park offers one- and two-bedroom apartments conveniently located in the refurbished Highland Park Mill complex — which dates back to the 1800s. The property is located near shopping venues and is minutes from downtown Rock Hill, numerous restaurants, parks and interstate access.
The senior community offers a wellness center, three courtyard areas, a community room, laundry access, off-street parking, Section 8 vouchers accepted, transportation bus on-site, and a vintage building experience.
